It features an electric power unit that effortlessly raises and lowers the saw head using 12-volt power (battery not included), while accurately measuring the cut for you. Boasting speeds of 14 inches per minute, the raise/lowering function automaticallycompensates for blade kerf with no setup needed. The easy swivel display ensures easy viewing during operation.     At Byers TimberTech, we take pride in the quality and craftsmanship of our sawmill upgrades. If you receive a product that has a manufacturing defect, we are here to assist you with a refund or exchange. Please carefully read our refund and return policy outlined below:

    • Eligibility for Refund or Exchange:

      • The product must have a manufacturing defect.
      • The defect must be reported within 10 days from the date of delivery.
      • The product must be in its original condition and packaging.
    • Reporting a Manufacturing Defect:

      • To report a manufacturing defect, please contact our customer support team at ‪(406) 404-6358‬. Provide details of the defect, along with supporting documentation such as photos or videos if possible.
      • Our team will guide you through the return process and provide instructions for shipping the product back to us, if necessary.
    • Refund or Exchange Options:

      • Upon verifying the manufacturing defect, we will offer you the following options: a) Refund: You will receive a full refund for the product, including any shipping charges incurred. b) Exchange: We will replace the defective product with a new one, free of charge. If the exact product is not available, we will offer a suitable alternative or store credit.
    • Return Shipping:

      • If a return is required due to a manufacturing defect, we will provide a prepaid shipping label or arrange for the product to be picked up from your location.
      • Please ensure that the product is securely packaged to prevent any damage during the return shipping process.
    • Processing Time:

      • We strive to process refunds and exchanges promptly once the returned product is received and inspected. Please allow 5days for us to complete the process.
    • Non-eligible Returns:

      • Returns or exchanges requested for reasons other than manufacturing defects, such as change of mind or incorrect product selection, will be handled on a case-by-case basis. Additional terms and conditions may apply.

    Please note that this refund and return policy applies only to manufacturing defects and does not cover damages caused by improper installation, misuse, or normal wear and tear.
